- Business listing information: business name, category, address, phone number, email, website, and social media links, whether submitted by a business owner or compiled by us from the business’s own public, official channels.
- Account information: name and email address, if you register an account to submit, claim, or manage a listing.
- Contact form and enquiry data: your name, email, and message content when you contact a listed business or contact us directly.
- Review data: your name and review content, if the review feature is enabled and you choose to leave a review.
- Usage data: standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, collected automatically when you browse the Site.
2. How we use this information
We use personal data to: operate and display the directory; let business owners claim and manage their own listings; respond to enquiries sent through the Site; process payments for paid listing plans; and improve the Site’s content and functionality.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data where it is necessary to provide the directory service you have requested, where you have given consent (for example, submitting a listing or leaving a review), or where we have a legitimate interest in maintaining an accurate and useful directory, balanced against your rights under the PDPL.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal data. Business listing information (name, contact details, services) is published publicly on the Site by design, since that is the purpose of a directory. We may share account or payment information with service providers who help us operate the Site, such as hosting or payment processing providers, solely for that purpose.
5. Cookies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, such as keeping you logged in, and to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We retain listing and account information for as long as the listing or account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of disputes or legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time, subject to section 7 below.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPL, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. 8. Business listings compiled without prior request
Where we have added a business listing using information already published on that business’s own official website or contact channels, the business owner may request that we correct, update, remove, or transfer the listing to their control (via the Claim Listing process) at any time, at no cost.
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
