Exterior Space Landscape Works is a Dubai design-and-build company for swimming pools, landscaping and outdoor living. For over 8 years we’ve worked with villa owners, interior designers and developers, from Arabian Ranches and The Springs to Meydan, JVT and Tilal Al Ghaf.
We handle the whole project with our own team: the 3D concept, Dubai Municipality approvals, construction, and the maintenance afterwards. That means you deal with one company instead of coordinating a designer, a builder and a maintenance contractor.
If you’re managing a villa from abroad, we run the project remotely. You get 3D renders, stage-by-stage photo updates, WhatsApp access to the team, and virtual site audits.

Do I need a design consultation first, or can I start construction directly?
You can start construction directly if you already have approved drawings, from us or another designer. If you don’t have a design yet, we can create one first through our design consultation, then move straight into construction.
Do you handle everything, or do I need to bring in other contractors?
We handle the full build: excavation, structure, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and finishing. You don’t need to coordinate separate contractors for different stages.
Can you build around an existing garden or landscaping?
Yes. If you have landscaping you want to keep, we work the construction sequence around it rather than clearing the plot.
Do you offer a warranty on completed pools?
Yes, completed pools come with a workmanship warranty. Equipment such as pumps and filters carries its own manufacturer warranty.
